On a personal note, I want to thank you for your decision to work at our awesome little company. Realty Concepts is the result of a dream that my father had all the way back in 1991: to build a real estate company totally dedicated to serving the public without regard for the bottom line. Three decades later, we have grown to be the most dynamic, most trusted, and most respected real estate company in the Central Valley.

In return for being a part of Realty Concepts, I ask two things of you. First, abide by our vision statement. Always value quality before quantity, always prioritize service over sales, always care more for other people than for your profit, and always put others before yourself. Second, hold our company to that same vision. As an organization, we are only as strong as our associates allow us to be. If you ever feel that we have fallen out of line with our vision, tell me!
