Who To Call During Business Hours

If you need help with obtaining a key, key fob or troubleshooting your Alarm.com app (South Valley locations) submit a ticket with RC Help and an Admin from your respective office will call you directly. 

Who To Call Outside of Normal Business Hours

If after normal business hours and if you're really in a pinch, you may text Jenelle at ‭(559) 974-1050‬. 

Office Entry

Associates are entrusted with office access 24/7, with the use of their Realty Concepts keys, key fobs, and phone access, depending on the location of your RC office. Please note that there are security cameras on the premises. If you use your key, key fob, or phone to access any of the RC buildings outside of work hours, you are responsible for ensuring that the building is secure and that the alarm is turned back on after you leave (assuming there is no one else in the building).

Key Fobs 

Key fobs can be used at the Fresno and Clovis offices. If you have lost your key fob please alert the front desk immediately. A new key fob can be created for you and your register will be charged $10/key fob.

RC Oakhurst, Mariposa and Prather have dedicated keys. RC Visalia, Selma and Reedley use mobile phone keys for office entry. If you need access to any of these buildings from time to time, please submit a ticket with RC Help.

Parking

FRESNO

It does occasionally happen that our parking lot at RC Fresno is full. If you’re unable to find a parking spot in our lot, do not park in the parking lot west of the building. In a pinch, use the parking lot to the south of our building. 

CLOVIS

Parking can be somewhat limited in Clovis depending on the time of the day. Do not fear! There is more public parking than meets the eye. Click here to see a map of available public parking near Centennial Plaza
