Over the years, Realty Concepts has expanded to serve the Central Valley successfully, while maintaining our integrity and close-knit family atmosphere. Our agents are local experts, with deep ties in their communities and a dedication to meeting each of their clients’ needs. At our core, Realty Concepts is a family first, and a company second. By placing people before profits, we have created a culture wherein our agents are empowered, our communities are served and our clients are cherished. In the words of CEO and Owner of Realty Concepts, J.P. Shamshoian, “We’re obsessed with our culture. We don’t run our business like a business. We see Realty Concepts as a mission: to serve our Realtors so they can serve their clients." **Mission Statement** To love on our clients by providing selfless stewardship of their real property and to love on our associates by valuing honesty, hard work and professionalism above all else. **Vision Statement** **![](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jan-14-2026-10-25-00-3091-PM.png?width=454&height=356&name=undefined-Jan-14-2026-10-25-00-3091-PM.png)** **Every day, we work to deliver on that promise.** - [Management](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/management#main-content) - [Hubspot](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/management#hubspot) - [Accounting & Commissions](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/accounting-commissions) - [Marketing](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#main-content) - [Marketing Materials](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#marketing-materials) - [Marketing Orders](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#marketing-orders) - [Signs](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#signs) - [Leads and Lead Generation](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#leads-and-lead-generation) - [Social Media](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#social-media) - [BoldTrail](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/marketing#boldtrail) - [Technology](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/technology#main-content) - [Email](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/technology#email) - [General](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/technology#general) - [Transactions](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/transactions#main-content) - [Listings](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/transactions#listings) - [Buyers](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/transactions#buyers) - [RC Culture](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/rc-culture) - [Facilities](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/facilities) - [Operations](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/operations) - [Training and Learning](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/training-and-learning) - [RC Handbook](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/rc-handbook) ## Realty Concepts 575 E.
