myRC Membership Billing

Billing Date: 1st of Every Month

The myRC Membership fee is billed on the first day of each month and charged directly to the credit card on file.

• • If a payment does not process successfully, the system will send a weekly reminder and automatically attempt to recharge the card once per week until the balance is paid.

  • Any outstanding balances may be deducted from commission closings if they remain unpaid.

Monthly Billing (Operational Charges)

In addition to membership fees, agents may incur operational charges such as: color printing, sign charges, and other office-related expenses

Billing Schedule:
Charges from the previous month are processed around the 15th of the following month. For example, if you print in color during the month of January, those charges will be totaled and processed around February 15th. 

• • Charges are automatically charged to the credit card on file. Any outstanding balances may be deducted from commission closings if not resolved.

  • Invoices will be sent via email, once paid the details for the invoice will show as paid. For additional details about any operational charges please email our team - we're happy to help! 

Annual Billing

The California Business License fee is paid annually and is due October 1st. RC pays the California Business License fee directly to the city in which your office resides on your behalf. The cost is then reimbursed to RC through your billing.

• • Date Charged: October 1st

  • Amount: $76 

  • This charge will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. The $76 reimbursement will be charged in addition to your myRC Membership fee ($85 or $150, depending on your membership level).
