Associate Responsibilities

 

As a valued member of the Realty Concepts family, we ask that you uphold the following:

  • Be courteous to all those around you. Be helpful and positive. We consider our office to be your business home and we ask that all associates act in a way that is respectful to other associates and their clients.  In that vein, if there is a disagreement between associates that cannot be mutually satisfied, please contact management.

  • Treat other associates with integrity. Please attempt to contact other associates with important information. Do not compete for another associate's clients.

  • Please help keep our office clean by cleaning up after yourself and by treating all the facilities and amenities with respect.

  • Dress professionally during work hours.  If you are dressed casually, please do not come into the office unless your visit is limited to 30 minutes.

  • Maintain a clean, air-conditioned automobile, preferably a four-door model. A copy of your current car insurance is required.

  • Limit smoking to outside, at a minimum of 20 feet away from any office entrance.

  • Contact management with any ideas or concerns. We appreciate and encourage your suggestions, and you will always be treated in a respectful and professional manner.
