Realty Concepts Direct MLS Entry Policy
All RC Agents are required to pass a short course, "Direct MLS Entry." This course is designed to give you full control over entering your listings quickly and accurately, without unnecessary delays.
Once you pass, RC staff will grant MLS direct entry privileges to the Fresno MLS!
Realty Concepts Direct MLS Entry Policy
Listings must be entered into your primary MLS first before being added to another MLS.
Fresno MLS Entry Requirement: Agents must enter listings directly into the Fresno MLS.
- Staff will change status
- Agent can update price
- Staff will call signs up and down
Any Other MLS Requirements: Agents must enter AND manage all aspects of the listing on any platform other than the Fresno MLS, which includes photos, status changes, price changes and closings. It’s important that the listing number for any MLS be entered into your SkySlope file.
Status Changes
Fresno MLS rules stipulate that all status changes must be entered in the MLS within 3 business days.
While agents must enter all listings directly, agents will not be permitted to change the listing status. Below you’ll find the proper protocol for each status change:
From “Active” to “Pending” or “Pending Accept Backup” - Once an offer is accepted on your listing, upload proper documentation into your Skyslope file. This will prompt staff to change the status automatically.
From “Pending” OR “Pending Accept Backup” to “Active” OR Any Status to “Temporary Hold” OR Any Status to “Withdrawn” or “Cancelled” - Once you have proper cancellation or modification of terms, upload proper documentation into your Skyslope file, and email listings@realtyconcepts.com, to prompt staff to change the status automatically.
Only on weekends/holidays: copy your manager and text them directly for time sensitive status and price changes.
Price Changes
Price changes can be made directly in MLS, but the agent will be held accountable for having proper documentation in their SkySlope file prior to making the change.
Closing out of MLS
Staff will continue to handle all closings of listings on Fresno MLS once closing documents are uploaded to the SkySlope file. Agents are responsible for closing the listing out of any outside MLS.
Sign Installation & Removal
Agents are responsible for requesting the installation of their listing sign(s) and staff will continue to call down the sign(s) once closing documents are uploaded to the SkySlope file.

Listing Compliance
Realty Concepts staff reviews all active listings; however, the agent is ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance and addressing any violations.
