[General](https://help.realtyconcepts.com/agent/technology#general) February 18, 2026 # Cyber Security Requirements & Best Practices **Anti-Virus / Software Protection** - Every associate should install Sophos Anti-Virus on the computer they use for all Realty Concepts business. We are pleased to offer Sophos to our associates at no charge. - Every associate should have Open DNS installed on the computer, tablet, or phone they use for all Realty Concepts business. - Associates must use a password on any computer, tablet, or phone used for Realty Concepts business. **Email Protection** - All associates must use Realty Concepts email address for security purposes. This is for the added security of two-factor authentication, complexity, and a password policy to change passwords. - If a public / non-personal computer, tablet, or phone is used to check email,  associates are responsible for logging out. **Data Protection** - All client & confidential information should be stored on Google Drive where it is secure and safe. - Associates should never store client or confidential documents of any kind on their local machines. - Associates should have some form of physical security for their desktops or laptops.
