Agent Referral Dividend Program (Referring a fellow agent to Realty Concepts)

Our growth at Realty Concepts is almost entirely fueled by referrals from our existing agents. We work hard every day to build a company that makes you proud — and we want to make it both easy and lucrative for you to spread the word about the brokerage you love! 

Earn more by referring talent! If you refer an agent who joins Realty Concepts, you’re eligible for 5% of the company dollar from their commissions.

For example, if you call a friend who works at another company and say, "I love Realty Concepts and I think you'd love it here, too! Can I have J.P. give you a call?" and that person says, "Sure, I'd be open to a talk...", you'll get a dividend from every commission we make from that agent for as long as you both work at RC. 

If our cap is $27,500 and you help us to hire a capping agent, you'll earn $1,375 each year that the agent caps. If you help us hire 10 agents like that, you'll earn $13,750. Not bad!

To secure your referral credit: The inbound agent must name you as their referring agent specifically on their Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA). Since the ICA is the final record for credit (regardless of who submitted the initial referral form) it’s a good idea to confirm with both the agent and Madi to ensure everything is officially recorded.
