Remember -- all you have to do is get somebody to give an expression of interest prior to sending them our way, and if we hire them, you're eligible to earn 5% of the company dollar from that agent's commissions for as long as you're both at Realty Concepts.
For example, if you call a friend who works at another company and say, "I love Realty Concepts and I think you'd love it here, too! Can I have J.P. give you a call?" and that person says, "Sure, I'd be open to a talk...", you'll get a dividend from every commission we make from that agent for as long as you both work at RC.
If our cap is $27,500 and you help us to hire a capping agent, you'll earn $1,375 each year that the agent caps. If you help us hire 10 agents like that, you'll earn $13,750. Not bad!
