What Do I Do if My License is Lapsed or About to Lapse?
Your California Real Estate License must be renewed every four years by completing continuing education.
If your license has already lapsed, you may not continue to conduct any real estate related activities. Stop all professional activities immediately. Reach out to jenelle@realtyconcepts.com as soon as possible so we can help you navigate your options. You most likely have a two-year grace period to renew by completing all of the requirements for continuing education.
If your license is about to lapse, you likely still have time to complete the requirements for the renewal process.
