Why can't I access BoldTrail?

Your BoldTrail access may have been deactivated if your account has not been used for a period of time. Under our current policy, the BoldTrail platform is provided to RC agents at no additional cost, provided they use it regularly. Accounts that show no activity for 90 days are automatically set to an inactive status.

You can reactivate your account at any time if you decide to begin using BoldTrail again. No data is lost during this process; all of your contacts, settings, and website configurations are preserved and will be available immediately upon reactivation.
