Your BoldTrail access may have been deactivated if your account has not been used for a period of time. Under our current policy, the BoldTrail platform is provided to RC agents at no additional cost, provided they use it regularly. Accounts that show no activity for **90 days** are automatically set to an inactive status. You can **reactivate your account at any time** if you decide to begin using BoldTrail again. **No data is lost** during this process; all of your contacts, settings, and website configurations are preserved and will be available immediately upon reactivation.
