What is an Office Lead?

Office Leads do not apply toward an agent’s cap and are subject to the agent’s pre-cap split.

Office Lead Examples:

  • referral from staff, management or the Shamshoian family

  • co-agent with staff, management or the Shamshoian family

  • referral from an LFRO (referral only) Agent

  • closed transactions from web leads (+25% referral to RC)

  • closed transactions from floor leads

Relocation (Relo) Leads

If our relocation director, Kami Gallagher, assigns an agent a lead through the Relo network, this is considered an Office Lead. If an inbound client from our relo network asks to work with a specific agent, this is not considered an Office Lead.

What To Do with an Office Lead

  1. In the case of a referral from a staff member, manager or the Shamshoian family, fill out the Interoffice Referral and Co-Agent Commission Agreement, which is found in Document Center > Office Forms & Misc.
  • If your office lead is a Relo lead, Kami will complete this form. If your office lead is from BoldTrail, this form is not required.
  1. Make sure to always check “Office Lead” as the source in SkySlope! This can be found in the Transaction tab for each SkySlope file. This must be done for ALL office leads, including relo leads and BoldTrail leads.

  1. If required, upload the completed Interoffice Referral and Co-Agent Commission Agreement to your Skyslope in the Checklist tab, under the Sales Documentation section.
