Updating your Credit Card
You can update your credit card for items billed agent register by logging in to myBackOffice (BrokerSumo) through BoldTrail.
- Log in to Bold Trail.
- Then, at the top of the screen, use the search bar to search for “BrokerSumo”. Open BrokerSumo to access myBackOffice.
- From myBackOffice, select Account from the left menu and click Account Settings.
- Find Credit Card Info on the right hand side, in the middle of the page. From there, you’ll be able to enter new credit card information.
Please note: In order to add a new credit card, you must first delete your current saved credit card information.
