Updating your Credit Card

You can update your credit card for items billed agent register by logging in to myBackOffice (BrokerSumo) through BoldTrail.

 

  1. Log in to Bold Trail.
  2. Then, at the top of the screen, use the search bar to search for “BrokerSumo”. Open BrokerSumo to access myBackOffice.
  3. From myBackOffice, select Account from the left menu and click Account Settings.
  4. Find Credit Card Info on the right hand side, in the middle of the page. From there, you’ll be able to enter new credit card information. 

Please note: In order to add a new credit card, you must first delete your current saved credit card information.
