The agreement between you and your TC is outside of your agreement with Realty Concepts. We'll pay your TC from your proceeds, but we do not manage the relationship, nor do we collect anything from your TC when you close a deal. All of what you pay your TC goes straight to your TC.
Our recommendation is to take a look at the attached TC roster and schedule interviews with 1-3 TCs. Find out what they charge and what services they provide for that fee.

Policy on Providing Transaction Coordinator Services Outside of Realty Concepts
It is Realty Concepts’ policy that agents may not provide transaction coordination services to licensees at outside Brokerages.
The State of California charges real estate Brokers with the responsibility to provide reasonable oversight and supervision for the real estate related activities of their sub-agents.
Realty Concepts cannot reasonably be expected to supervise the activities of our licensees while they conduct business for other Brokerages. On the advice of our attorneys and CAR Legal, we believe that the liability risk is too great to allow for this practice.
Policy on Hiring Transaction Coordinators Who are Not Licensed at Realty Concepts
Agents may not use transaction coordinators who do not hang their licenses with Realty Concepts.
Our TC crew works hard to stay on top of timely compliance matters, they are trained on Realty Concepts best practices, and we know that they will do a great job to help your clients with smooth transactions and to help you keep as clean of a file as possible. Outside TCs cannot be held to the same standards for obvious reasons.
