How to request a sign install

  1. Click "Order a New Sign Install"
    Ignore the "External Id" field
  2. Enter the address of the property.
If your property doesn't have an address or isn't mapped correctly - see below for instructions.

*At this point you are routed to one of our three sign installers, depending on the property location.
  3. Select your main panel and bottom rider(s) you would like for your sign
  4. Listing ID and Occupant are not required.
  5. Single Install (Default) or Dual Install.
If choosing Dual Install (a second sign), please leave detailed instructions for the second sign location in the Notes. RC only pays for the install costs of one sign.
  6. Choose a "Due Date" for your install
note: Due Dates are available based on our installers' projected availability for the location of your property. However our installers all reserve the right to adjust their schedule based on work load and availability
  7. Notes: Installers typically look at these notes are the time of install. eg. Gate Codes or a description of where exactly to install the sign. Not for messages you would like the installer to read ahead of time.
  8. Respond to "Is property Gated or HOA" and "Property Type".

Price

Good news RC covers the install and mileage charges for one sign for each listing up to a total of $95 within our service area. RC does not cover: Second Signs, Directionals, Brochure Boxes, Special Trips to Change/Add/Remove Panels or Riders

FAQs

What if I don't see my sign when I'm ordering a sign install?

There may be a few things to look out for here…

Your custom sign inventory may be with a different installer

We use 3 different sign installers to cover our large service area. When you input an address in RC Signs the system routes you to the appropriate installer for that address. If you typically list in a different area it is likely that all of your custom signs are stored by a different installer.

What to do? At this point you have three options.

  • If you have one of your custom shields/riders in your possession, drop it off at the listing and add a note for the sign installer to hang it when they install the post.
  • Order a new shield/rider. You will need to deliver it to the property when it is completed (approx 1 week).
  • Use a standard RC Office Sign.
All of your custom sign inventory may be in use.
