Rejected Offers

As a brokerage, we require retention of all written offers for a minimum of 3 years. This includes offers that we write that do not get accepted.

When you represent the buyer and an offer is written, please forward all rejected offers to rejected@realtyconcepts.com.

This ensures proper record-keeping for the Brokerage and you as well.When you represent a seller, any offer that is not accepted is to go in your Skyslope file in the Rejected Offers tab.
