Private Office Privileges

At Realty Concepts, we love celebrating the hard work and success of our top agents. Each year, we award private offices based on individual sales performance—it’s our way of celebrating your success and dedication.

While these offices are a well-earned reward, we ask that you use them with a sense of community and professionalism. If someone else earns the spot next year, we hope you’ll pass it along with pride, in the spirit of celebrating your own accomplishments as well as theirs.

Think of the office like a rented space—please take good care of it. All the furniture in the private offices belongs to Realty Concepts, so please don’t remove, replace, or alter it. If anything gets damaged, we’ll bill the repair to your agent register. This includes holes in walls; if you’ve made any holes in the walls larger than a typical nail hole, we’ll patch it up and charge the repair to your register, too.
