Parker Property Management offers an exclusive referral program for Realty Concepts Agents.

Earn referral fees for every property (“door”) you send our way:

  • $300 for your first two doors referred each year
  • $500 for every additional door thereafter

Program Details:

  • Referral fees are paid at 50% of the standard amount if the property is currently occupied
  • For vacant rentals, referral fees are paid once a lease has been successfully signed
