Purchasing Open House Signs

Open House signs may be purchased through our merchandise section at https://www.marketingfresno.com/ or directly by clicking here for bulk open signs and here for custom open house signs.

Borrowing Open House Signs

Realty Concepts provides agents the ability to borrow open house signs on a first come, first serve basis. The majority of the open house signs are stored in the RC Fresno storage room (near the yellow printer), while a limited number of open house signs are also stored at RC Clovis (on the second floor), Oakhurst, Mariposa, Prather, Reedley, Selma and Visalia offices.

Sign Checkout Rules:

  • Open house signs can be checked out starting on Wednesday each week.
  • Open house signs must be returned by the following Tuesday each week, no later than 4:30pm, during business hours, to the same location they were checked out from.

  • Signs must be checked back in by staff at the Front Desk — please do not leave signs unattended in the office.

  • A maximum of 4 signs per open house (not per agent) is allowed.

  • A replacement fee will be charged to your agent register for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We understand that in some cases, agents may be working in collaboration on a given listing or will loan signs from one agent to another. It will be the responsibility of all agents involved to agree on how the replacement fee is covered.
