How do I access the office? 

  • Key Fobs
    • Key fobs can be used at the Fresno and Clovis offices. If you have lost your key fob please alert the front desk immediately. 
    • RC Oakhurst, Mariposa and Prather have dedicated keys. RC Visalia, Selma and Reedley use mobile phone keys for office entry. 
      • If you need access to any of these buildings from time to time, please email bea@realtyconcepts.com in advance or if last minute, call or text Jenelle Higton at 559.974.1050.

  • RC Home
    • RC Home is our Realty Concepts dashboard and your first stop for all of your real estate work. Visit home.realtyconcepts.com, sign in using your RC account and password, and you’ll be able to access anything you might need during your work day. By clicking on tabs along the top of the screen, you can visit your gmail account, SkySlope, ZipForms, BoldTrail, and more. Use the menu along the left side of the page to access RC internal documents and resources, such as our Document Center, Agent Directory, marketing order form, or training materials. Our company calendar, important announcements, and sales boards can also be found at RC Home. 
  • RC Help
    • RC Help is Realty Concepts’ help platform that allows us to serve you quickly and effectively. If you have a question about anything– transactions, office procedures, marketing, accounting– use RC Help to text, email, or chat with our AI-powered interface. Simply visit help.realtyconcepts.com and ask your question. If our articles aren’t able to answer your question, you’ll submit a help ticket to a staff member who can assist you further.

    • Ask for a Google Review to help increase your Google ranking
  • Testimonial Tree
    • TestimonialTree allows you to collect your clients' testimonials with ease. You can easily add review generation sources like Google and Facebook. When you receive a testimonial with four or more stars, the testimonial will automatically populate to your Realty Concepts agent website.
    • Realty Concepts also surveys your clients after a closing. When positive feedback is received, they are asked to submit a testimonial on sites like Google and Yelp. This great tool comes at no cost to the agent.
  • LoLo: Locals Supporting Locals
    • Realty Concepts encourages all associates to take advantage of LoLo, an innovative service that allows agents to enroll clients in their relationship marketing campaign that sends a different gift each month sourced from local independent merchants. Unlike typical marketing campaigns that involve small businesses, LoLo is not asking for discounts and coupons which devalue the product. LoLo reimburses the vendor partners for gifts that are redeemed at their location. LoLo costs the small business nothing and brings awareness and foot traffic to their locations.
