Production

What counts as production?

  • all classes of real estate sales – residential, commercial, agricultural, etc.
  • production generated from floor leads and web leads
  • production generated from inbound RELO leads in which the referring company or agent requested a specific Realty Concepts agent
  • production generated from inbound leads from other Brokers in which the referring company or agent requested or directly contacted a specific Realty Concepts agent
  • the production assigned to the referral and recipient agent in the case of an interoffice referral (referral between two or more Realty Concepts agents)
    • IMPORTANT: Agents involved in an interoffice referral are responsible for indicating the breakdown of production to be assigned to each individual agent on the "Interoffice Referral or Co-Agent Commission Agreement" found in the myRC Document Center.
  • the production assigned to each agent involved in a commission sharing agreement or any other co-agent situation

What does not count as production?

  • production generated from inbound RELO leads in which the Realty Concepts RELO department assigns the agent without direction from the referring company/agent
  • outbound RELO referrals
  • outbound referrals to other brokerages
  • the production not assigned to an agent in an intra-office referral, commission sharing, or co-agent arrangement on a transaction
  • any office lead as identified on the InterOffice referral
