We offer two sister company benefits for RC clients
1. Homebuyer Advantage
Lending Concepts will pay for the appraisal for any buyer of an RC listing. This applies even if the buyer is represented by an outside brokerage, provided they finance through Lending Concepts.
- Note: Borrowers pay for the appraisal upfront and receive a full credit back at the close of escrow.
To take advantage of this program, the listing agent must:
- Promote it in the agent only remarks in the MLS
- Place this flyer on the kitchen counter of the listing. Flyers can also be found in the Document Center.
2. 1/2 Off Appraisals for RC Clients
For all other transactions, any Realty Concepts client using Lending Concepts for their purchase or refinance will receive 50% off their home appraisal costs.
