How to Access 1099s

A physical copy of your Realty Concepts 1099 was mailed on Tuesday, January 28th to your address on file. Digital copies are available in your BackOffice Documents.

Note: S-Corps will not receive a 1099 due to their tax classification.

Guarantee Agents: Intero mailed a separate 1099 to you on Friday, January 31st, reporting any income under HomeServices of America. Questions? Email them directly at 1099@intero.com. Please note in your e-mail that you were a Guarantee agent.

 

You can access your 1099s by logging in to myBackOffice (Broker Sumo) through BoldTrail.

Typically, 1099 forms are mailed to all agents in late January of each year to the address our commissions team has on file. 

For ease of access all year long, through MyBackOffice, you can find your 1099s and billing and commissions summaries for tax reporting purposes. 

  1. Log in to BoldTrail.
  2. Search for BrokerSumo in the top search bar.
  3. From myBackOffice (BrokerSumo), select My Account from the left menu.
  4. Click Documents. Your 1099 and other necessary tax documents will be there.
