Who Do I Call for Help with a Transaction?

Wouldn't it be nice if all of our escrows were smooth and easy? Alas -- that's just not always how the it goes. But don’t worry, Realty Concepts has multiple layers of people in place to help you get things back on track. 

When something goes sideways or if you just need help on a deal, your first call should ALWAYS be your dedicated Sales Manager. 

 

Unsure who your manager is? Fear not, you can look it up. Visit the RC Directory here and type in your name. Your contact info and your assigned manager will pop up. 

99% of the time, your Sales Manager will be able to give you all the help you need. The other 1% of the time, your Sales Manager might enlist J.P.'s help or loop in another Manager who has more subject matter expertise. 

The most important thing you can do when things start getting bumpy is to stay calm, keep your emotions in check, keep your clients' needs first, and remember that this, too, shall pass. You've got this!
