Floor Time

Floor time is an excellent way to compliment your business plan in prospecting for new clients.

Floor agents elect to sit in the RC office reception area for 2-3 hour shifts and answer phone calls from prospective buyers inquiring about RC listings and prospective sellers inquiring to list their property for sale. 

Floor shifts are a great opportunity to meet potential new clients and build your business! 

How to Sign Up for Floor

Agents interested in being on the floor rotation are required to go through training. In the training, our Sales Managers will teach you how to sign up for shifts, answer calls, set up the weekend diverter, and more. Training is typically scheduled at the end of each 8-week New Agent Training session.
