Direct Deposit - Adding or Changing Your Bank Account on File.

You can add or change a direct deposit bank account for your commission payments through myBackOffice through BoldTrail. 

  1. First, log in to BoldTrail.
  2. Then, at the top of the screen, use the search bar to search for “BrokerSumo”.
  3. Open BrokerSumo to access myBackOffice.
  4. From myBackOffice, select eCommission from the left menu and click Payment Gateway.
  5. Find Create Payment Gateway, then click on Add Bank Account.
  6. From there, you’ll be able to enter your bank routing number and account number. 

Please note: If you are changing your bank information from an existing account, you must first delete that account before adding a new account.
