Direct Deposit - Adding or Changing Your Bank Account on File.
You can add or change a direct deposit bank account for your commission payments through myBackOffice through BoldTrail.
- First, log in to BoldTrail.
- Then, at the top of the screen, use the search bar to search for “BrokerSumo”.
- Open BrokerSumo to access myBackOffice.
- From myBackOffice, select eCommission from the left menu and click Payment Gateway.
- Find Create Payment Gateway, then click on Add Bank Account.
- From there, you’ll be able to enter your bank routing number and account number.
Please note: If you are changing your bank information from an existing account, you must first delete that account before adding a new account.
