Creating Help Articles from Hubspot Tickets
Here's how you can move a ticket in the helpdesk into a help article. If a question comes in and it's something that we need to write an article about, uhm, the things that we'll need to make sure we do are, uhm, make sure it has a good title, uhm, normally when a chat comes in. 0:24 It's just rcchat and their name, that doesn't really help us when we're trying to create the article. So, uhm, one cool way to update the ticket name really quick is there's a little AI button here that gives you a couple options, uhm, so far it's been good, so you can do that or you can do manually 0:48 change the ticket name right here, uhm, so give us a short ticket name, another quick way to do it would be just copy their question and put it in the ticket name, uhm, And then just change from TicketPipeline to HelpArticles. And that will bump it over to HelpArticles, and then as soon as you're done 1:15 helping them, if the ticket's been closed, you can go ahead and close it like normal, that will take it out of, you know, the open inbox, so it's not sitting there open, uhm, and it will move it down to down, we've got a little articles filter view here, so this is where all the articles will be, totally 1:34 fine that it's closed, uhm, additionally, it should, yep, it'll create it in Asana, it'll create a topic, uhm, for us to assign, and then right, so that should do it, hit me up if you have any questions.
