Broker’s Open Promotion in Sales Meetings & on MLS

Each week at the RC Wednesday Sales Meeting, Realty Concepts will showcase all Featured Listings and Broker’s Opens submitted by 2:00 PM on Tuesday.

📌 Note: Any Broker’s Open submission will automatically be included as a featured listing.

Guidelines

1. Broker’s Opens – Must go live in the MLS within one business day of the open.
2. Submission Deadline – All listings and opens must be submitted by Tuesday at 2:00 PM.
3. Agent Participation – The submitting agent must be:
   • In-person at one of our offices (Fresno, Clovis, Oakhurst, or Reedley), OR
   • Online and ready to unmute when called upon.
     If the presenting agent is not present or available, the listing/open will be skipped.
